Dante,
I totally recommend the Weight Watchers plan. I lost 40 pounds and I am able to keep it off because it's a lifestyle change and not a diet plan. I like that I can still eat meat, ice cream, fried food, or whatever I want. This is why I can stay on it forever...because there are no restrictions. You get a certain amount of points per day and you can use it on whatever you want. But, you find that you automatically eat more fruits and veggies because they are low in points. Also, it's simple enough to follow without paying exorbitant amounts to attend Weight Watchers meetings. We learned about the plan from a friend, bought a WW calculator and Dining Out guide on eBay...and lost the weight without ever attending a meeting. It rocks and it is something that you can do forever. BTW...Sushi is low on points (as long as you don't eat too much of it in one sitting). Call or email me if you want more details! Congrats on the 20 pounds!
