Thanks to the Internet i found out how to calculate the cost to drive someplace such as work. The tile of this post would be true if i was driving our new (old) Expedition back and forth from home to work. Here is the Calculation that i used:
Miles driven divided by MPG = Gallons used.
Gallons used multiplied by price per gallon = Total price spent for miles driven.
Total cost divided into total miles = Cost per mile.
Last week was the final weigh in and I came in 3rd place. I lost a total of 25 pounds and 9.9% of my total body weight in 8 weeks. Mark ended up losing 28 pounds and 11.2% of total body weight. So he was the biggest loser! Congratulations!
As it turns out I’m in for another 2 months of weight loss madness! This time around I’m actually doing some “workin out” (more on that later!)
Sydney had her first day at dance class today. One really good thing about the class was the fact that they did not allow parents in the dance studio. We all had to watch from the windows on the outside of the room. It was a good thing cause we the parents were not there to distract the kids. This decision seemed to work out better than I expected.
Sydney did pretty well for her first time. No crying, no “where is mommy”, Just a wave “Hi” to Kelly and I.
This evening I was on my Mac grabbing some files off of my home PC (windowsXP). I right clicked my home PC in the Finder and clicked on “get info”.
Here is the funny part: in the “Preview” Section there is an icon of a CRT Monitor with the infamous “Blue Screen of Death” on the screen.
Ohhhh…those silly kids over at Apple. If you don’t get why this is funny to me then it’s better for the both of us for you to just move on to the next blog post.
Today was the first day of school for Zach and Sydney. Zach started Kindergarten and Sydney is in Preschool. They were both very excited to to being going to a new school.
There is a FREE service out there on the tubes (internet) that lets you ask (TXT) any question that can be answered by Google. In just a few minutes you get a TXT with answer. This pretty cool service is called Mosio.
Here is how it works:

Kelly and I just started watching episodes of Better Off Ted starting a week or so ago (Thank you Internet). I would like to report that this show is awesome! I encourage you watch it.
Over at hulu.com, they have episodes 9-13. If you can watch it from the beginning you be glad you did.

Cottin one of my best pals of all time (that’s saying something) was able to use computer voodoo capture the audio from the keyboard cat video and created a MP3 suitable for a cell phone ring tone. Here is that ring tone modified to be just a bit louder for cell phones that dont have a good loud speaker.
About two years ago joined a men’s bible study called: Men’s Fraternity. During this study we were asked to find a mentor, somebody to pour into us wisdom and knowledge. No really… I found this picture of Jesus in the gutter today after lunch at Tacos Baja (99 cent taco Wednesday). The Picture was curled up and the image was unrecognizable until I held it up the correct way. It’s kinda odd that I found this picture just lying there. Anyway I ended up bringing it back to the office cause its kinda artsy. Now it hangs on my cube wall.
